How To Cure Panic Attacks

What do you think of when you hear the words “Panic Attack?” Most people associate these words with anxiety, fear, nervous – all of these associations are correct. We have to tread very carefully when we talk about how to cure panic attacks. The FDA is extremely sensitive to the word “curing” these days. Having said that we will explore ways to prevent and cure panic attacks that have historical precedence, and some of the symptoms leading up to these attacks.

I’ve heard acupuncture has helped to prevent any future severe panic attacks but I would not go as far to say it will cure panic attacks on its own. In my opinion it will definitely help as acupuncture is an excellent treatment for many illnesses and has proven its worth over thousands of years!
